Need New Motherboard and Ram

Hi, I am planing to upgrade my motherboard and ram in this month. My present computer config is :

Processor : AMD Phenom II X4 945
Cabinet : Cooler master Elite 430 Black
SMPS : corsair gs600
GPU : Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Kindly suggest me options for Motherboard and Ram. I want to install 8GBx1 (DDR3) Ram firstly and after few months I will install 1 more.

Also suggest me where I can sell my old computer parts in Bangalore.

Note : I will upgrade my CPU after 1 year, so I need a MB that support latest AMD processor also.

Thanks harshilsharma63, can you please suggest any more mb option within 6k. Your suggested motherboard is good, but little out of budget. Also I am not going to overclock my system, but I need a future proof MB, so that while upgrading my CPU there will be no issue.

don't compromise on this ... in the long run it will come handy.
