Need Motherboard in 5-6k price range

Hi Guys,
Need some help finding the best motherboard for the config and budget mentioned below

Intel Core i5 3470
Corsair Value select 4 GB ddr3 1333 Mhz
Sapphire HD 7850 OC
Seasonic SS12II - 620

The budget for mobo is 5-6k and the PC is mainly for gaming
Few of the requirements are
USB 3.0
5.1 audio support

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard : 4.2k

ASUS P8B75-M Motherboard : 5.5k

Asus is good in terms of reliability & good after sales support. Gigabyte one is also a good option though.

This config is for my friend, He has actually finalized the remaining components, but is yet to buy them.

Well then get a GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB version instead of HD 7850. Both perform similarly but the former one is cheaper.

For motherboard, get Intel DZ75ML-45K @ 4.56K from FLipkart. This is based on Z75 chipset, superior than B75 chipset and allow partiall overclocking of the Processor.
