I am in really BIG problem guys!!!!
plz help me.
I was downloading some files from a torrent via utorrent.
but at 92% of download, i accidentally removed the torrent from utorrent.
i have torrent in mypc, when i click on it, it starts downloading all AGAIN!!!
I don't wanna download whole files again. I have half completed files of torrent(which i removed), Is there a way to download at 92% rather than start downloading all over again>

Try this - *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/software-q/138149-utorrent-question.html
we discussed too long on it very recently in TDF.

Overwrite that... it will check what parts are there and download the rest,... That is how it works for me...

Yes this question was raised by me in the link abhinav has given....
& we are 100% sure the it wont start it again from 0%...

if u have fear then do backup the 92% files in safe location & try the steps given in that thread....

utorrent will not deceive u...

Another way is after adding the torrent and setting the old path, just stop it and right click on the torrent and click Force Check, that will also verify if you are in doubt.

Though we are 100% sure the 1st method wont overwrite anything.

This is just if in case you don't believe us :p

I believe then the downloaded files are corrupt... Try copying the files in another location and add the torrent again for download and this time link it to the newly copied files..

Which directory did you place the copied files in. Goto option>>>preferences>>directories.

Check "put new download in". The copied data has to be here.

Then while copying pasting over there was corruption. Re-do the copy paste else re-do the whole DL.

I found an expert geek who solved me problem That's Me (lol):rofl:
i thought there might be bad sectors in drive (where are my downloading files).
so i run the following command in cmd:
chkdsk (drive letter eg. E: ) /r
It solved my problem. Yipeeeee :bananana::D:p
