Is that a config? You have mentioned two Cabinets mentioning one as cooler. And why do you need a CPU cooler (other than the bundled Intel) for i3? You cant OC this processor, so what's the point in getting one unnecessarily when the stock cooler is sufficient.
For 48k you can get:
* Intel i5-2320 -- 9.2k
* Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H -- 4.6k
* Corsair 4GB DDR3 RAM -- 1.3k
* Corsair CX-500v2 -- 3.5k
* Corsair Force 3 60GB 6Gb/s SSD -- 4.3k
* CM Elite 431 -- 3.2k
* Dell ST2320L HD LED -- 9.5k
Total ---- 34.6k
+
* MSI GTX-560 -- 10.4k
Grand Total ---- 46k

IMO you have left out ODD, if you want one then get Asus 24B5ST for 1k.

No need to go for that cabinet . Get a NZXT Source Elite @ 2.5K. This will save you 2K.
If Possible Extend your Budget by 1K More and get a HD 7770 @ 9.1K .

SSD won't improve your gaming performance. So better ignore it and get a kicka$$ graphics card. And for cabinet get NZXT Source Elite 210 @ 2.5k.

Will it be possible to play heavy games like bf3 smoothly? If not, then i would increase the budget & might go for HD 7770. Anything else needs to be changed?
I also wished to get usb 3 port in my rig..

Fine but as you are on a tight budget, get a cheaper cabinet. Source Elite 210 is a good option for 2.5k. Now Source Elite 210 has front USB3.0 header so you should look for a board with front usb3.0 header, Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H is a good option for 4.6k.
IMO too you should drop the Idea of getting a SSD now. Just focus on selecting better components.

@bavusani: OP has reduced his budget.
@OP: everyone is right about dropping the idea of SSD, first you buy important component(for games,as you mentioned you want to play BF3). after few months add SSD.

Dell 24 inch LED - ST2420L Monitor: Flipkart.com

Asus 23.6 inch LED - VS247H Monitor: Flipkart.com

My first choice goes to Samsung S23A350H and 2nd one to Asus VS247H.

As many monitors I have seen till date, I feel Samsung has better viewing angles than others. Also the S23A350H has a response time of just 2ms compared to 5ms of others. So, gets my 1st preference.
Feature wise Dell ST2320L and Asus VS247H have similar specs, but the Asus one has an additional audio jack.
