first of all you have way less budget for all the H/W you want! :|
2nd i would tell you to go for the AMD setup as it'll provide better rendering in Animation!
3rd a good/decent Liquid cooling setup will cost you around 15K!
4th change that SMPS, its blow/burn/fry your comp as your going for high end components! (Wattage doesn't matter, its the effieciency & the quality of the SMPS which matters)
5th for OCing go for a good HSF like Venomous X (cost 4.7K with brackets). Also a full tower will be good for you but it'll cost 8K+!

Are you learning Animation for doing it as professionally?

I know my budget is very less for all these stuff..
I would go for i7 ....
I will buy liquid cooling system later..
