Need help in deciding my RIG

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Will be used for browing, watching HD movies, office applications. Gaming will be very less.. May once in a month but very rare.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 40000 +- 5000

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Never

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500 GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes. Atleast 22inch, 1080P,

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: NA, It's a complete new system

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:1 Week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, will be assembled by myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Mulund. Open to buy from either place i.e, locally or online wherever the suggested product is available.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

Cabinet: NZXT Source One 210 - Rs. 3000
Cooler - Hyper 212 Evo - Rs. 2350

Key Mice - 1000
Require Suggestion for GPU - Any Basic model will do ??

I think your budget is tooo much for your needs so spend rest money in good accesories e.g. speakers, headphones tada tada

Well, i need to have my comp for atleast for 4-5 years without any major upgrade. Hence, want to play safe by keeping the cpu & system cool with aftermath cooler. Also, is the motherboard(Asus M5A97 R2) which i have selected among the best boards or are there any other option available besides it. What about gigabytes MB ??

As mentioned earlier, i wont be gaming much on this system. I have set my spending limit for graphics card to Rs. 3K. Please suggest for the same.

I already have home theater speakers & decent headphones so don't want to spend any money on them

AMD stock coolers are good enough for mild overclocking also, you are not going to OC at all then really there is no need of extra cooler, got it? still if you are worried then just add more cabinet fans it will decrease temprature of all componets up to some extent
Asus M5A97 r2.0 is very good mb no need to worry, if you can spend few more then get M5A97 EVO R2.0.
If you want futureproof rig then go for GT630 DDR3 its around 4.3k and best in its class, cheaper low-end card will only able to handle HD videos forget about gaming even at low resolution.

Well, HD 6570 1GB DDR3 card is available @ 4.5K which performs slightly better than the nvidia 630 card.

Since i wont be overclocking, only question remains is should i go for Asus M5A97 Evo R2 or Asus M5A97 R2.
