need help in buying

i want to buy a budget level pc... i have 13k for board, processor, ram and HDD....
very low budget... need help! i would like to go for core 2 or similar performer...
and i have more 2k for graphics card.. anybody would like to help me??

OMG! I bought my ASUS EN 8600GT 512MB DDR3 For Rs 14.9K 1 year ago I think its time to upgrade my graphics card now , it has become cheap

^^This aint the EN8600GT.

This is a recently launched 8600GT.........its the cheapest 8600GT 256MB GDDR3 in the market right now. Performs at par with the others.

And ya dont buy the 8400GS. Its a cr@p card. Its around 80% slower than the 8600GT .

If you dont get the ASUS card (as its new), then you can buy the Mercury 8600GT 256MB GDDR3 which also retails for 2.8-2.9k .

As budget is low, dont buy Graphics card right now. The XFX 630i motherboard has pretty decent onboard graphics which will help you pull through for sometime. When you have more money, you can opt for a good GFX card. At least an HD 4670.

I faced a problem! I am finding real hard time in searching the board..... The shopkeepers say that it is not available in Nepal. Can you suggest any other board? The most common here is MSI 945... How is that board?

I have that board. It might have been good at its launch time but now it sux coz it is old. Dont settle for anything older then a P35/630i board. If you cant find it then spend 1k more and get a Palit P35A.

But then wid Palit P35A u'll have 2 buy a discrete gfx card. so settle for 630i, or wait 1 month, 730i shud come(an it has onboard 9300 and 9400GT variants)

BTW Stick to XFX 630i or go for ASUS P5L PL C(If u wont get XFX).. It costs almost the same as XFX one..

650i boards are very unstable.....many ppl on the forum who have bought it are not happy with it .
