welcome to TDF

ok so heres your config, with a bit of modification on both the components & price.

Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHz: 5100
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H: 5.7k (where you found this board so cheap?) or MSI 785G-E53: 5.5k (consider this)
Transcend 4GB DDR3 1333MHz C9: 5500 (market price high)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB: 2300 or consider Samsung F3 or WDC Blue.
LG 22x DVD @1100
Dell ST2210 21.5" FULL HD LCD Monitor: 9800 (order online)
get NZXT Gamma or some other NZXT cabinet: 2k-3.5k.
Seasonic Bronze S12II 430W: 3.8k (super silent) or Corsair VX450W: 3.9k (best efficiency).
APC BR 650VA: 2800

ok with the rest of the money get the normal HD5770 @ 10k. not the Vapor-X. it cost well above 12k & availability will pose more problem.

Let me clear few things before some guyz get hard on me regarding SMPS ;).

I am not very sure about the advantages why you guyz forcing regarding CM or Corsair or Gigabyte as my friend is local Neotech 650w @ 1200 n working fine. (Guidance needed it this )

Confused between AMD & Intel (heard alot that AMD have heating issue)

So which is better?

theres lot of things one need to consider when buying a PSU. its not like potato shopping. just pick up 1-2kgs :). its one of most important part of PC. bring a bad PSU & it'll shorten life of your PC by years.

maybe, it'll work fine, provided your friend PC not have components that demand a lot of power. so he safe. install a heavy duty graphics card & see the result.

your PC will require a bit of extra power. a cheap 450W or 500W psu will die in days. if it not dies will surely damage your PC components. so i will say, play safe, get a good PSU. even if its 400W, if its 80% certified, it should handle your pc well enough. a 450W PSU from corsair/Seasonic will be even better as it'll give you headroom for future upgrades also. so what you think about the config & PSU?

^I would recommend VX450W because it has 5 year warranty compared to Seasonic's 3. Otherwise both PSU's are at par. In fact, the VX450W is a Seasonic OEM unit.
