Need help for upgrading

Hi,
need some help for upgrading psu,cabinet and graphic card
I already own 8600gt and a 450w psu
budget would be 9k for gfx
5k-6k for psu and cabbie

CM 330 Elite @ 2.2k
Corsair VX450W @ 3.8k

TOTAL=6k


GFX:

Palit HD4850 SONIC(dual-slot) @ 10k

One of my friend suggested to go for
cabby- CM 690 3.5k
psu -- CM extreme 600W 3k
gfx-- xfx 9800gt 8k

what should i go for ????

GO for what I said, 9800GT stands no chance against HD4850.

And Corsair VX450W is better than CM600EXP
