Need Help For making a Gaming pc

Right off the assembly line
my budget is nearly round 20thousand
First here are my few questions-
1.I have a 14 inch lcd monitor.I'm planning to reuse it.It supports 1024x768.Can all the latest games be played on the screen?
2.I have a ATA hdd.. can i reuse it?

And yeah no need of optical drive.I've got one.

please guys help me out.
I need mainly MOBO,GFX,RAM n CPU

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:photoshop Cs5 just some random 3d stuff NOT PROFESSIONAL
games like- the NFS family
starcraft 2
farcry 2
FIFA and PES
Wheelman
GTA4
Devil May cry


2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:20k...at max 23k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Uh not sure actually...dont want my cpu to burn up :p

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Win 7 (32 or 64 depending on the processor)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:250gb at max and i've mentioned the other criteria above

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:No.Providing that i wouldnot need one.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Monitor,Hdd,Optical drive,Cabinet

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:In a month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:part assembler part by myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Kolkata.Not much into online shopping.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I think amd processors are better value for money eg fx4170 costs less than 8k and has 401 ghz.But I dont wanna be biased
