Need Help for CPU config

Hi,

I am going to upgrade my CPU by next 2-3 days. I usually run my computer for 4-6 hours at a time for internet work & running multimedia application ( Dreamwaver, photoshop & premiere) sometimes when needed but no gaming at all. So I need a good CPU config for running the application smoothly with full performance. I don't want to buy high end config at this time but config needs to give sufficient resource to run application smoothly.

I got a CPU config as below don't know its more enough than my requirement or just sufficient:

1) Intel Core2Duo 7300GHz ( or may I go for dual-core for my requirement)
2) ASUS P5KPL-CM (I will use onboard graphics now, later will upgrade with graphics card)
3) 2X1 GB RAM 800 MHz (Kingston)
4) 250 GB SATA Seagate
5) Iball Stunner Cabinet with SMPS

Please suggest me a CPU config or modify above config that fulfill my requirement at all.

Mid Range :
1. e7300
2. Ram opt for 2X 1GB 800Mhz
3. Instead of 250GB HDD buy 500GB or 640GB hdd.
4. Get zebronics bijli & CollerMaster CM500w extreme power.

Mobo is same for both config.

High end :
1. If you can afford buy Q8200 - as video editing application performs better on multi core.
2. For Ram opt for 2X 2GB. They are very cheap.
3. Run two 250GBs in RAID0 & Use 640GB as storage.
4. Get zebronics bijli & Corsair VX450w.

The High end config I've suggested will shine in performance with Photoshop & Premier.
