Need help for choosing graphic card

Budget- 9000 without PSU
Combo limit- 12000 with the card and PSU
I've shortlisted the following-
nVidia GTX 650 Ti
nVidia GTX 660
nVidia GTX 750
AMD HD 7790
AMD HD 7770
Either suggest one of the above or suggest any other card you like with PSU. if possible arrange the above stated cards with your inclusions in order of performance and price (overall better)

performance wise , 660>650 ti boost>750 ti>7790=750(almost)>650 ti>7770>650.
remember, 750 and 750 ti are newer gen cards from nvidia(based on maxwell) and does not need any power connectors from psu. => they are very much power efficient.
for the psu, choose antec vp550p at 3.5k or vp450p at 2.6k

If its the GTX-650Ti Boost Edition then go for it. Else go with HD 7790 or R7-260x or GTX-750Ti.

 

[Cilus]

For GPU, get the HD 7790 or GTX 750 and Antec VP450. They are available around 10.4K. OP does have a good quad core processor which has performance equivalent to a Athlon II X4 630. So I don't think there will be much bottleneck.
