I'll go ahead with AMD Llano A6-3650 in this case.

AMD A6-3650 @ 6k
Asus F1A55-M-LE @ 4.5k (available at TheITDepot - no idea about whether it will be available locally)
2*2 GB G.skill Ripjaws X 1600mhz @ 2k. (1600mhz RAM is a must)

Now, the only reason I suggested two 2GB RAM sticks in dual channel over 1 * 4GB stick is because dual channel might help in increasing the performance of Llano graphics. If you want, get 2* 4GB and run in dual channel.

Otherwise, you can always buy an Athlon II X4 635 for 4.2k, buy a AM3 motherboard (Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H for 3.5k, HD 5570/5670 for 3.5/4.3k and 1*4GB RAM for 1.2k.

thnx ico can i get a low cost motherboard in a6-3650 and add a gpu
No, that is a problem with AMD Llano fusion.

In that case, go for Athlon II X4. And get a 760G based low cost mobo from Asus/Gigabyte. Should cost 2.8k~.
