Need help choosing LCD TV

I have a viewing distance of 8 feet. I am thinking a 22 inch would do. But I am spoilt for a 32incher. What do you think?

I need true HDTV and 1 HDMI port is enough. Help me out fellas.

Btw i AM on a tight string when it comes to budget. So help me out.

dere is one samsung LCD TV... sound is great. 1 HDMI,DVI,VGA and USB input.. and one for headphone or speakers.. model no is 22LC480 - 15k

I would recommend you to go with Samsung Series 450 LN22C450 TV. This LCD TV with a 60Hz, 720p, CFL backlit panel, with SRS TruSurround HD. It also has a third HDMI input, the ability to watch video off a USB thumb drive and Samsung's AnyNet+ which allows communication between similarly equipped Samsung home theater equipment. In my opinion its a pretty decent value for money LCD TV, go for it.
