Need help Building a Computer! (For a Game Designer Student)

Hello everyone. I am currently in chennai and new to this place.

1. What is the purpose of the computer?
A: Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe After Effects CS5, Sony Vegas Pro 10. High Definition Multimedia. Hardcore gaming; Well i play almost every game but i would want Battlefield 3 to run on ULTRA settings.

2. Are you open to alternate ideas/products giving similar better performance but offering more VFM/ sellers? If not- why?
A: Yes

3. What is your MAX budget?
A: 65,000 to 80,000 INR.

4. Planning to overclock?
A: Yes but i will have to read the tutorials.

5. Which OS are you planning to use?
A: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

6. How much hard drive space is needed?
A: 2 to 3 Tb

7. What resolution will the screen run at & whats the size of the screen you want? If you already want have one and want to use it, mention its resolution and size.
A: Not really sure. I guess 21 inch or more...

8. How would you rate your hardware knowledge from the count of 1-10? (1 being the lowest, 5 being you are somewhat in sync with the current performers and 10 being the highest)
A: 7

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
A: No

10. When are you planning to buy the system?
A: In a month or so

11. Are you one of the types looking out for "future proof" configurations?
A: Yes

12. Are there going to be any components that you don't want to include in this new rig? If yes, do mention.
A: No

13. Which city do you live in and are you open to buying from shops from other city/states?
A: Tamil Nadu, Chennai. Yes

14. Mention any other points if deemed necessary
A: Would a Wacom Intuos 4 Medium/Large fit inside the budget? And should i go for AMD Bulldozer when it hits the market?

Jas Bhai, Will it be good to replace that 1TB HDD with 2TB of Hitachi Deskstar 7200RPM, since he needs 2TB to 3TB space ? How good is brand Hitachi Deskstar ?
