my budget is around 1K..

factors are ;

1.Good bass and sound quality
2.Noise isolation
3.simple and plain looks

Sony mdrvex60lp is the best bet for you. Somewhere i found panasonic hje450 at 1200, i can't remember where. Also check on Soundmagic es18 rs 500 but they are excellent vfm.
