Need earphone below 1k with mic

I'm not at all expert in audio technology..so damm confused while choosing these..want excellent audio quality (WITH MIC) the best i can get within 1k...

Have narrowed down these ear buds..though m not sure about all of them have built-in mic..

using Xperia P. also want to know whether cowon em1 or similar bit expensive (for me) ear buds will work on old Nokia 5530 XpressMusic (S60 5th Edition touch). Sincei will be using both phones, it will be good to have earphones compatible to both devices.. 5530 XM has stereo speakers plus amazing audio quality (at that time) so it should drive em1 which requires more power (i guess)..i don't want to use pmp..

M also concerned about warranty.. All ear phones r providing 6 moths manufacture warranty whereas Sennheiser provides 2 year manufacture warranty.. That questions build quality..

Any other alternatives are appreciated..
