Need an upgrade for general computing

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
Ans: The purpose of my computer is checking mails, social networking, watching movies, little of photoshop for photo processing. I do not use for any gaming.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 15K max to 20K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I already have 1 TB WB Blue which i intend to use.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor?
Ans: No, i already have 18.5 Samsung LCD and also 40 inch LED TV which can be used for the same.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Hard disk, Monitor, PSU - Cosair CX500, Beetel USP, keyboard and mouse - plan on reusing.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Would like to get it in a week or two time.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes i had and i do wish to assemble myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kolkata and yes would like to buy locally however open to get through online as well if price can be beaten.

I would like advise on AMD Processor, motherboard, ram, cabinet and if budget permits a GPU too within the above said budget.

What spec i would like in motherboard are: - 3.0 USB, HDMI port available

WTH include a deepcool tesseract and R7 250 in such cheap PC when OP and no intend for gaming? Stop this BS.

Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV H81 (4230)
Corsair Value Select 4 GB 1600 MHz (2600)
Any local cabinet (1000)

total: 14530

As you will be using PS only a littly bit so there is no need of FX processor and a discreet graphic card. i3 4130 will serve all your needs and also cost less.

this is enough for op. even pentium rigs will suffice. better get gigabyte h81m s2ph with hdmi.
