Please suggest others as this will be my first phone and i know next to nothing about them

Requirements
Android 4 or higher
Decent Processor

I am not sure Explorer comes with ICS. AFAIK it has V2.3 Gingerbread and it cannot be upgraded to 4.0 ICS..

Can anyone comment on the camera quality of Pantech Busrt vs Huawei300? Also in some threads i have read people commenting on the call quality of the Burst not being upto the mark? ANy comments?
