Need advise for tablet and smartphone!!!

I am interested in buying the Sony Xperia SP and the Nexus 7 32GB 3G tablet.

I wanted to know when will the LTE/4g version of the Xperia SP be released in the Indian Market and what will its price be? Is 4g really worth waiting for?

I saw reports on the internet that the Nexus 7 second generation is being announced this July.It is rumored to have 5MP rear camera,Full HD display,better processor and also LTE support.Is it worth waiting for the 2nd gen Nexus 7 ?and if released in July-August when will it release in India?

My budget is 24k and I will be using mainly for e-book reading,gaming and movies.

LTE is not worth waiting. 3G is not yet cheap enough for everyone to afford it. 2G rates are still stagnant, no decrease in it too. If u can spend money, get a good broadband connection at home. If u want net on move, 3G is enough for all the browsing requirements.........

I think 2nd gen Nexus 7 won't reach India as soon as its launched because we still don't have Nexus 10 & Nexus 4 at Play Store. So N7 32GB 3G is a good option for now
