Need Advice on buying Good Android Mobile phone

Hello Guys,

Need your advice on buying android phone.


1. Budget?
23000. Max 28000.

2. Display type and size?
4.0” and above

3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?

4. Preferred choice of brand?
Samsung, HTC or Sony Ericsson.

5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).
Touchscreen (With Gorilla Glass and super display)

6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera.
LED Flash, Autofocus, Front Facing cam

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
Android.

8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly.
3G, Wifi everything. Bluetooth FTP should be supported.

9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)?
All.

10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)?
Normal Day to day uses- Calls, Web Surfing and texting. Gaming occasionally. Need Document Editor as well.

11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Samsung Galaxy S II I9100, Sony Xperia S.

12. Any other info that you want to share
Am new to this Forum and android world. Am more inclined towards samsung galaxy S2 but confused between Samsung Galaxy S II I9100 & Galaxy S II I9100G, whats the difference? Need good Dual core processor, good battery life, Good Internal memory and should be expandable to 32 GB. I just checked in nearby Croma store today and they confirmed that galaxy S2 which they will sell is coming with ICS 4.0. PLEASE ADVICE.

Get Xperia S. :)
Also its now a Nexus class device so it will get all new Android updates much before any other phone, direct from Google.

Xperia S is now a Nexus Class device???? When and how did it happened?

They will bring AOSP to Xperia S.
Sony Xperia S will get vanilla Android as a Google experiment - GSMArena.com news

1. Current sony global flagship hence updating it will be priority for them.
2. 720p display on 4.3, making it the highest ppi phone.

S2
1. Faster chipset.
2. Super Amoled plus (Depends whether you like Samoled or Lcd)
3. Superb community support.

You can't go wrong with either of them. Choose what you like.
