Need advice on buying a graphics tablet in 8k.

Going to buy a graphics tablet in Dec / Jan. Budget Rs. 8000.
Wacom's Intuos (formerly Bamboo) pen and Intuos Manga seem to be great. But dunno if the new versions are available in India, and within my budget.
So what's the best tablet I can buy in 8k? From where?

Just get any model with at least 1024 pressure levels
Intous 5 meduim tablet costs 18k so you can't buy that now.

manga is nice. get it if you have the budget.

If you are a beginner then get any model from wacom with the required pressure levels.
