c270 is also good, bit cheaper but the main problem is that it is a fixed focus type whereas c310 has an auto focus camera. And fixed focus is definitely a PITA in the long run. That's my personal opinion.

And 1mbps is sufficient but you have to check the latency of your connection. Also note that the speed/latency should be good @ both ends not just yours.

Yes, they have built in mics and c270 is selling at a great price at fk. You can go for other cheaper (by Rs100/200) models by Logitech also.
