Need a Sata to USB Converter for my Dell XPS 15

Hello All..
I need a Sata to USB converter,i need to transfer some of the important files&folders in my Laptop.So is there any converter for my internal Sata HDD(Segate 1.5TB)that will convert sata to USB,please help.

look for Tech-Com SSD-235 USB to IDE/SATA Adapter (available between Rs.375-500). i got it two months back and it works good.
