Very good suggestion here. Only one change request from my side; get the Athlon II 635 @ 4.8K and saves extra 600 bucks. Reason is 640 has only 100 MHz speed bump over 635 for which the performance improvement is negligible. Also 635 can be very easily overclocked to 640's level, even using the stock cooler.
