Hi Robraha, welcome to TDF.

For better response, Please fill up the *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/pc-components-configurations/128247-pc-build-questionnaire-template.html first and post it here.
N couple of suggestions:
1. No point of getting 1600 MHz Ram with the Non-K series Sandybridge CPUs. They don't support anything over 1333 MHz. So get the Corsair Value series 4GB 1333 MHz CL9 DDR3 memory at 1.1K now.

2ndly HD 6850 is far better choice over GTS 550. It offers vastly superior performance and has lesser power consumption.

Re: Gaming PC for Rs. 40k

Thnx D6BmG,

Now, i've changed my mind to buy the speakers later on.

HDD (250GB) is ok for now. So, plz suggest me where I can utilize the rest of my remaining budget.
