i think bsnl type 1 modem is ok for me and what is the warranty period & expected price .

cant say about other places in Calcutta Telephones things work differenet

Theoritically its One year, but if u can do a little paper job, they will not only change the modem after 1 year but will give Type - IV if needed

yesterday i bought D-link GLB-502T its working fine@2000(1900 D.P rate) or u can buy surecome modem
