Need a new mobile under 15k

Hello friends,

I need to buy a new mobile phone between 10k to 15k. I have read the forums thoroughly but I have a different kind of question which is not exactly covered here. I don't care about the OS. I am a full time linux user on the PC. Therefore, I like to tinker. So, I was searching for an Indian phone in this price range with cyanogenmod support. If not, what are the alternatives to android within this price range.

Xperia L seems to be the best for ur needs... dont get local android phones as you also need good developer support.....But if developer support is absolute priority you can buy old(and gold) galaxy s2 for around 15k in local market....
