Need a monitor and a graphics card!

Hello everyone!(am new to the TD forums!)
Well, I plan on buying a monitor with 16:9 aspect ratio since right now, I have a standard 4:3 monitor and it feels almost crap playing almost all titles(especially from Ubisoft) in letterbox format.
Since I currently have a pretty old nVIDIA GT 520 and that cannot support the 16:9 resolutions(at good FPS), I plan on buying a new GPU too.
Now, the monetary point. MAX BUDGET: 10k-11k. I can stretch it by INR 500-600 more.
Please suggest some thing that also is some future-proof atleast...
My power supply is a 450W zebronics something supply...

Well, just to add some info: Motherboard: Foxconn H61MXL-K
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

Welcome to TDF

Dell IN2030M @ 6.5k .. with the rest 5k you are 400 - 500 bucks shy of getting a great budget gpu aka HD6670 1GB GDDr5 - so get that by adding 500 bucks more.

BTW, don't post the same thing on multiple threads.
