Need a graphic card aroun 8-9k and views on system config

Hi guys my friedn is going to buy a new System.His budget for GFX card is 8-9k.
system config decided till now is AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE 3.2 Ghz
MSI 785g e51
Samsung 2233sw 21.5"
CoolerMaster CM690 + Coolermaster Extreme Power 600w
2gb x 2 1333Mhz DDR3 kingston.

Is MSI HD5750 1gb DX11 -priced 8.8k is good graphics card? or there is any better graphic card in this price segment?

Is MSI HD5750 1gb DX11 -priced 8.8k is good graphics card? or there is any better graphic card in this price segment?

changes:

1. get Biostar TA785G3 HD. E51 is not good. its costlier & bad.

2. change PSU to FSP Saga II 500W or Corsair CX400W. or even Gigabyte 460W a good buy.

3. HD5770 from both Biostar & MSI available for below 9k. getting a HD5750 for 8.8k is total waste.

i think X4 955 cost you 8.5k. little high.

also Bijli should be available for 1.2k (without PSU). did your friend bought the bundled PSU also?
