@OP Always look for custom Cooling and PCB. Like ASUS DC2T, Sapphire Vapor-X e.t.c., never ever buy a reference card. Upto 7870 AMD is VFM but when it comes to 670 and 680 they are better performers than amd 7950 and 7970.. not that they are bad cards, they are kings in thier own price range.
As for motherboard if you are a serious overclocker go with Asus maximus V gene ROG. But if you are a moderate overclocker you can look at ASRock Extreme 4 and Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H. I prefer ATX form factors to microATX because they give more expansion slots and there will be room for cooling.
When it comes to processor go with i5 eyes wide shut. 8 cores are in no way useful for gaming. Go for AMD only if you multitask or run multithreaded programs.

Yeah Cilus you are right.. though I know about 12.11 beta driver I did not take it into account because its a beta driver. I will wait till 12.11 final version is released.
