Ans: Unity,Photoshop,and all latest games(far cry 4,just cause 3 etc) at low setting will be fine,i have core2duo E7500 which is giving me problem while compiling some renders.

Ans: iBall Cabinet(Too old but will work),Cooler Master Thunder 450W,Sapphire HD 7770,LED,Mouse,Keyboard.
