2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:around 50k only cabinet(cpu)

Buddy, this config is little unbalanced. Why to plug a non-K and low end CPU with Z77 based mobo? OP can't overclock or use the advanced features of that chipset. Also there is a high chance of CPU bottleneckig the GPU.

dont know bud but ive heard that a sandy bridge pentium can handle any gpu < hd 7950
so why not get a beefier gpu than a better cpu
also that z77 mobo is actually very good and has sata 3 , usb3 +cross fire support

I see there is a board GA-Z77P-D3 but not D3H
crossfire support is fine but has it got more than one PCIE(PCIEX16) 2.0 or 3.0 slots, if not then you cannot put a 2nd gfx card. so the crossfire X spport here is with the IGP you can put a GPU and GPU switch will work;

you keep proccy mobo gpu combination balanced. difference beteen HD7850 and 7870 will not be much, but difference between GE620 and a core i5 is huge; SATA 3 and USB 3.0 is the norm now so most will have them, it is more of the count of ports mobo provides. one which provides more is safer for future upgrades
Check this comparison of mobos, even 8K has got only 2 SB 3.0 ports

based on cilus suggestion OP can easily go for a sub 6K mobo,
only other suggestion/upgrade over cilus's config would be. If OP your budget permits get 2TB drives which are priced 6.5K

also as per overpriced flipkart the gpu u are suggesting is sub 20K

I think a gaming PC with a budget of 50k excluding monitor deserves an i5 config atleast and i would have gone with cilius's config. If you can increase your budget a little more you can go for 7870 as well.
As for overclocking bringing down the cost, it's just not gonna happen. You will have to go for a K series unlocked processor which will cost you around 2k more + a good z77 chipset which would cost you anything around 10k. overclocking is not needed for present games or for the games which will be released in near future. An i5 2400 at its stock speed can easily handle any game.
