Need a advice on mobile @20k

Is there any mobile available which should have:
NFC
8mp Cam(For recording 1080p videos)
Android 4.0 ICS O/S
And the budget being 20k
Brand:Any(except the "cheap" china maal..)

SE has/is upgrading the Xperia series to ICS. Just that it will come with GB outta the box. Neo also comes with 8 MP; but you'll get it without manuf. warranty.

If i increase the budget to 25k,then is there any smart phone with 1080p(recording),NFC enabled?

The phones you mentioned;can these be upgraded to Android 4.0 O/S?

Galaxy Nexus fits in ,if you can get one from US(playstore) but warranty is a major bottleneck unless you have some one in the states.

SE Sola does support NFC but HTC one V doesn't.
