Need a 25K configuration for my friend

Mass communication studies (masters, requirement of video editing), watching movies, long download sessions, gaming(low priority, graphics card will be bought later)

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Not needed,will be running win 7 64 bit

Ans:1 TB must

The FX 6300 is a much better buy. And if you can, get the HD 7770@7.7k. It's worth the price .

Now I (actually my friend) have below queries.

1. 7750/7770 is not available in currently. How is 250 compared to them?
2. Any other better graphics card option?

1. The HD 7770 is better than the 250 by a good extent. Try getting it online. At snapdeal its available for 7.7k
2.HD 7770 & HD 7750 are the best at this price
3.an i5 will cost `min 12k. if you can extend your budget, go for it. Otherwise, this is good.

You can get h81 gigabyte boards from primeabgb for ~4k.HD 7770 is better than hd7750.
r7 250 is slower than hd7750.
i3 4130+h81 board would be cheaper than fx6300+970 board which would enable you to get better GPU with the former.
h81 boards would have only 2 memory slots plus they won't have PCIe 3.0(doesn't matter here anyway).
If more CPU power is required for some heavily threaded tasks then fx 6300 is fine.
With i5 4th gen budget has to be increased higher or else GPU would have to be compromised.

He wants to go with i5 4440. He have also increased the budget to 30K.
Graphics card will be bought later.

Its better if you go with 4GB and get a better cabby. Get the Cooler Master Force 500 @3k

^If it was my say I wouldn't even go for i5 4440. He is saying 8GB is must for him. Cannot help.

BTW GA-H81M-S1 not available in Kolkata. Below is the final decided config. We will buy it on Saturday.
