is there ne software to record my moves.. ?????

i dont think the fps part can be improved upon as it depends upon the cpu, memory, gpu etc, etc. but yes you can cut the size by re-compressing the recorded file in some other format like DivX or Nero Digital as softs like these generally capture to raw AVI.
