My friend runs a office with some 30 computers running on windows XP and all are connected (LAN). It is not allowed to put any pen drive in any computers. To check the compliance among the employees the IT people check the systems. They run some software though the CD and it gives printout of the computer log (Offline). It shows that in some of the computers Pen drives were connected, also in one of the computer even a mobile was also connected. Each computer wase checked separately. the printout showed name of the pen drive (Means company like kingston) and in case of the mobile the IMEI No. How is this done and what is the software?
