Somebody plz tell me that what is diffrence between MYSql server and microsoft sql server? Can i use mysql server instead of microsoft SQL server for my asp.net web applications?

Well, Personally I would suggest you to go for MYSQL if you are working on some websites as its easy to handel MYSQL, u can also go for MS SQL Server but for that u have to configure the ODBC, which can be a tougher job for you.

MYSQL is free and open source so in all fields it is better than anyother database programs (when refered in terms of web and not for standalone applications)
