8gb ram , 1tb HDD

Ans: as soon as posible

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: no this is my first ( i want to use this configuration for gaming purpose )

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:i live in HYDERABAD (andhra pradesh ) i planing to buy it locally

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: YES, plz provide me good configuration , in arround 25K for Gaming purpose

Well you should better opt for Intel Core i5-2500 or Intel Core i5-2500k ,the price difference is not much but you will surely gain some few extra fps in many games.
And 550ti would be a foolish decision as it cant even compete with HD 6850 with negligible price difference .
You should be considering 560 ti or HD 6870 or if on a tight budget then go for MSI r6850 PE/oc.
Keep in mind that 560ti will make your system future proff atleast for next 3-4 years. But other specified gfx cards are also very good.
And above all try to buy a good branded 500w psu or else your system would be a body without soul.

Rest all seems to be good.

560 and 7850 are equal in performance and around same in price tag,
but 560 consumes more power thus is placed at most least place, then 7850 at second place and ultimately 7870 at first place which is 580 equivalent and consumes less power and op can easily manage 560/7850 but probably can manage to stretch budget upto 7850

so that's the significance of OR

that's what i was thinking, but op is new and post approval depends on mods availability which can take upto 10 hours (or send a pm to a mod to reduce the time taken).
so if op already posted a new post then it can take time to appear.

The GTX 560 is priced 10-11k and HD7850 15-16k. And about the performace, just take look into this and you can see that the HD7850 can wipe the floor with a GTX560. But again they're cards of different segments and so a comparison is irrelevant. Hope you got the point

^^ He won't need GTX 560 for playing games at 1440x900. An HD 6790 or HD 7770 is more than enough.

price difference Rs 899, so more performance with is on;y 899 Rupees away, so isn't it worth it

(i have a hd6770 but its performance is not enough to give me constant 60fps in some games, even after turning off aa and some details)

^^ at what resolution do you game ? theserpent has HD 7750 OC and he plays at max settings at 1440x900 with good fps, so HD 6790 is definitely more than enough. GTX 560 will be overkill according to me.

cpu phenom 2 x6 clocked at 4GHz ( lol i know, i don't need that much clock to handle 6770 on x6)

I am getting 40 FPS in FIFA 12 with Med Settings with NO AA @ 1600x900 With Intel HD 2000 Graphics and 20 while celebration. HD 6790 uses two six Pin Power Connectors .
