My Avatar in Digit not showing

Hai,

When ever i try to upload a image into my Avatar in CP section its saying its failed to upload,Please help me in this regard...

Same happening for me I guess coding glitches....
Follow this procedure:
upload your dp to some image sharing/hosting website like imgur and use that link to select ur dp in usercp

some changes were made to the site and since then the avatars are on and off

Its showing "Invalid File"

I know my problem is not related to it but I cant change my password.
Since I forgot my password, I did that reset password thing, they sent me a temporary password to login and change. When I click on Edit Email and Password nothing happens. I have to use that temporary password to login everytime. Why can't I change my password. :'(
