billamama, I'm not sure if you're having the 20" display with you or want it. Could you clear it a bit?

Actually people normally want 1080P displays; so I thought you may be having an existing display.

Here is my suggestion:-

AMD Athlon II X4 635 @ 4K
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P (rev. 3.1) @ 2.8K
Corsair Value Ram 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 1.2K
Seagate 250GB 7200.12 SATA @ 3.4K
Asus 24X SATA Black DVD R/W @ 1.15K
FSP SAGA II 500W @ 2.2K
Zebronics Bijli Cabinet W/O PSU @ 1.1K
Logiteh MK100 Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.5K
Acer P206HQ 5.15K
MSI HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5 @ 5.5K
Intex 1 KVA @ 2K
Altec Lancing BXR1221 @ 1K

Then the best monitor available at this range in BenQ G2220HDL @ 7K. It is a full HD LED display and offers quality similar to the higher priced Samsung and Dell monitor.
