MTNL broadband....HOw to verify...?

Around 5 days ago I gave them a letter for upgradation to Rs.590 plan. They said the task will be done before 15th of January. Around 2 days ago they asked me for confirmation on the phone ( well the lady sitting there didnt even know what plan was that ! ).
Now I want to know if they have upgraded to the Rs.590 plan. I searched there site and my account but could not find anything! Only thing I could find is the prevoius months bill and it said u had Rs 399 plan!
So is there a way to verify the plan instead of calling them ? On the there site,somewhere?

I don't know about mtnl!!

But in BSNL DataOne, that can b seen in user info category after logging in at *10.240.43.216/

Hey it says : Current Plan PSTN-O+CPE
Now what the heck is "PSTN-O+CPE" it shud ave been 399_NU?

there must b NightMB, ADSL MB, UsedMB in ur account info and also look at the bottom if there is written something like disconnect b4 blah blah

if yes then u r using NU plan
