MSN virus

Recently i rec. a msg from a friend on MSN like this:

I havent clicked on d link, but now I see that when chatting, my friends recieve this msg from even when I didnt send it!!

I scanned my PC with an updated version of NOD32, but no virus was found, please help!!

use other anti virus like kaspersky ar avast

btw: whats the link to NOD32 lastest virus definitions?
i googled but cnt find it. i have 14 FEB 2008

nod32 latest: 12-4-2008 is the latest. the virus database is at version 3021 after updating.
