msi 560ti hawk or asus 650ti oc

hey friends kindly suggest me a good gpu under 11k. I am getting msi 560ti hawk edition for 11k second hand. Or shall i go for brand new asus 650ti OC edition.

650 Ti consumes less power than 560ti and has lower noise as well. And is latest gen.

definitely 560 ti, it should give around 10 % more performance..
But if it is second hand, id go with the 1st choice

dx11 games perform better with 650ti probably. and if to buy 560ti 2nd hand, the price should not be more than 6k even if it's less than 1 yr old, just because its old.

560ti is faster than 650ti overall. but for future games releases, 650ti may be faster, because of optimized driver support.
