Mozilla problem

I have BSNL BB connection, when i open data usage page in ubuntu, i get login page, after authentication it shows just page loading and nothing else. However i easily get my account details in vista. I dont know what the prb is? please suggest

I do not have BSNL, but if it is an internet explorer issue here is a solution
