Wow... Decent deal for 23k... It is an old phone though, but powerful...

Would anyone buy this phone over Galaxy R? I doubt it... Too little too late Motorola...

Now I am waiting for entry level dual cores for around 12k... They will come soon... ;)

Ace 2? even i am waiting for same but the thing is, we'll be having some descent dual core at ~18k (Optimus 2X was there once upon a time) so 12k for a slow dual core mobile mayn't make much sense. Over that, there mayn't be any el-cheapo dual core mobile. I expect the least priced one to be around 14-15k.

coming to topic, Atrix 2 have better specs than Galaxy R. lot better. Specially the screen, internal memory & camera.

14k-15k is also a very competitive price for a decent dual core with a good camera... Maybe 6 more months of wait...

Huawei and ZTE were out in full force at MWC... They will destroy the highend phones market in India... 15k for a dual core, 4" qHD display and 5 MP camera would be a superhit... Lets see where the market goes...

WOW.. this is a lovely deal!!! Its better than Galaxy R. Almost same.. with Moto excellent buld quality, higher resolution screen and better camera. And most of all... better Dev support. No reason not to choose this over Galaxy R. ;)

12K is too much, but 15K is a decent price for dual cores in next couple of quarters... Tegra 2 is a generation old tech. No reason for tegra 2 phones to come down to 15K margin withing a couple of months. And after than even 32nm dual cores would be coming down.
All depends on Samsung Ace 2. That should be the precursor for the 'cheap' dual cores... :)

i previously use motorola defy buld quility is good but after 10 month display backligh and proximity sensor stop working which i get repair free under warranty.

but main disadvantage to me of this phone is old tft lcd

first impression on big screen phone is it's display which is not good in this phone better to wait samsung s advance or price down of moto razar

one more big question i have is phone realty need dual / quad core processor ?

^^ hardware drives software development. Once dual becomes the common core... ppl will start putting out apps for them more often... so, ppl stuck with single core will suffer. Staying updated in the open source market is highly recommended :)
