Athlon II X3 435 2.9GHz @ 4k
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.2k
ECS A785GM-M @ 4.8k
Zebronics Bijli @ 1.5K
Total: 12.5k

That ECS mobo is from its (in)famous BLACK series. Check its specs once.

it says there is problem with fans etc..friend of mine uses 8600 card which heats upto 75C...So wouldn't this result in overheating of graphics card...overall seems to be a fine cabinet buy am worried about the cooling of graphic card...pls help

me2 have not heard much about them, thats y i told "(in)famous". Well Tom's Hardware tells like this: "the A785GM-M, which is a forward-looking AM3 piece featuring a lot of enthusiast-friendly features, such as on-board power, reset, and clear CMOS buttons, as well as a diagnostic panel. This board has the distinction of being only one of two in our roundup able to run our Mushkin memory at 1,600 MT/s."

other option in same price point (or just little below) is MSI 785GM-E51 @ 4.6k. not worth the price if u consider ECS.

& as for cabinet, 1 X 120mm & 2 X 80mm should provide the necessary cooling. but its worth adding a 4th fan at back. a 120mm fan.
