If your budget for PSU is 2.3k, then

Nit-wit is not a profanity. Its equivalent to calling someone dumb. Reason I said this, cause the OP is jumping all over the place. I researched stuff out for him as per his requirement, and then his requirements change --- that to the price. Plus he wants features which are not possible on the specific chip set. He can research that too, prior to posting here. Thanks.
