Well, if you want something within budget, then MSI X58 Pro @ 10.8k is the best choice. This mobo has great build quality and decent overclocking potential. But it lacks the USB3 and SATA3 features. But you can use Add-on cards (available as less as $30) to have those features.

If you want a full-proof solution then look for Gigabyte GA-EX58UD3R @ 14K. It has SATA 3 support. One thing positive about Gigabyte is their exceptional build quality.

if u wanna go for usb3 and sata 3 features then go for the board in clius's 2nd suggestion
otherwise MSI X58 PRO is the real deal at that price

use normal fonts please....

First tell what you need, you will get plenty of features on many boards in your budget, even a UD9 .

With a budget of 1.2 lacs, the HX850 is a decent choice, you can go for a lower model, but then, its a modular PSU which has an obvious advantage...

instead of going for Seagate HDD i would suggest go for WD 1TB Black, it has more performance than the seagate & better after sale service!
