Please, I am looking for some help finding the best H67 motherboard for less than 6k. My config is as follows:

Intel Core i3 2100
Corsair 430CX V2
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB (Sata 3 / 6.0 GBPS)
Corsair 2 sticks of 4 GB (1333 MHz)
ASUS DRW-24B3ST

It's basically a "the best one can buy for a given price" situation here. They are so many H67 motherboards that I am finding it very difficult narrowing down the options. So I am hoping someone here can give advice!

both asus & gigabyte have 2 ram slots while intel has 4.intel also has five analog audio ports and one optical S/PDIF out port while asus & gigabyte have only 3 usual audio jacks & no S/PDIF.all in all intel is a better board with more features & solid build quality.this is why people buy asus/gigabyte mobos when overclocking(z68/p67 etc) & intel for budget builds(no overclocking).

I'm using DH67VR and I will suggest that for the most part people might go for the BL due to extra SATA ports, or for other makers due to the PS2 keyboard and mouse+ IDE supports. Some even sneaked a floppy header onto the board right after the series of PCI slots.
